What the monthly plan covers
Monthly checks cover agreed key pages, links, and contact forms. You receive a short report explaining what was checked, what was updated, and anything that needs attention.
The plan includes up to 30 minutes of edits to existing text, opening hours, services, or photographs, using content you provide. Unused editing time does not roll over into another month.
Backups and software updates are included where your platform and access support them. We confirm which maintenance tasks are available for your site before you sign up.
A site review comes first
Send your current website address and describe the changes you regularly need. I review the platform, available editing access, and scope before accepting the work. This helps establish what can be maintained and whether the plan fits your website.
You can keep your current platform if it supports the agreed work. An existing technical issue or an extensive backlog may require a separately quoted repair before routine care can begin.
What needs a separate quote
Hosting, domain renewals, paid tools, redesigns, new pages, and larger repairs are separate. Work that exceeds the included editing time is quoted for approval before it begins.
This plan covers scheduled monthly checks. It is not continuous monitoring or emergency support, and it does not include an ongoing SEO campaign. If you need a focused review of search foundations, Starter SEO Setup is a separate one-time service.
How to request an update
Explain which page should change and provide the replacement text or image. Clear instructions help keep small updates within the included time. For example, changing existing opening hours is different from designing an entirely new booking page.

Common questions
Do I need to rebuild my site first?
No. Website Care is intended for existing sites. A review is required to confirm compatibility, access, and the work that can be supported.
Does the plan include hosting?
No. Hosting and other third-party subscriptions remain separate costs.
Can you make new pages?
New pages and larger changes can be discussed, but they are quoted separately from the monthly plan.
